Used my new serrated Endela to cut up a shipping box this morning and then when taking down a garden fence I used it to cut the fence post ties. I think I am going to like this knife.

It’s hard to figure these things. I recently bought a Para 3 ltwt and was amazed how smooth it was from day one. The blade drops shut every time. I had one G10 Para 3 that the blade would not reliably drop. Two other G10 models drop as reliably as the ltwt one.

I’m very fond of the Para 3 but would not be interested in a Tanto blade

I spent a lot of time yesterday reading and learning about the SE knives and decided it was time to try one.So this morning I ordered an Endela. Unfortunately for my bank account I didn’t stop there and included in the order a Spydie Chef that I had been thinking about for too long.

I’ve not carried a knife with serrated edge in years and then it was a cheap Gerber that wasn’t very effective. That kind of soured me on anything but a plain edge. Maybe I need to keep a more open mind and give one a try. Which would you recommend, a ltwt Para 3 or the Endela?

I’m inching toward buying the Spydie Chef but then I came across a review that said the blade steel acquired scratches very easily. I understand it’s a tool and all that but that comment kind of deterred me. I’m not hard on my knives but at over $200 I’d like to keep the wear reasonable. Is this rea...

Para 3 LTWT and I finally caved in and also have a PM2 coming. Always thought it was too large of a knife for me but decided to give it a try;.

Just finished ordering the Para 3 LTWT model. I have the G10 version and really like it but looking forward to this version.
