Well, trying to order MT35, Factory online store says that they can't order it for me. Tried the website, which will not respond. Try to get into the website through the app, does not respond. Another epic fail. I give up.

Don't confuse me with facts, please. I'm still quite overwrought. I've moved from the denial and isolation stage to anger. Perhaps it's time to move to bargaining...can I buy one of the demos? Please?
