Going away for the weekend with the in-laws, so will repeat this carry :D

I'm also very curious if this is a type of CQI and what the function of the cutout is. It's very close to the functioning area of the pivot and would have thought if it's a type of birthmark it would be further away from the pivot like on the Golden models.

Well that is interesting. I really thought mine was just a small CNC error. Unless it was confined to a certain batch. The Pacific Salts LC200N does not have that marking so very interesting.
