It's back at WMK again (now I've got a notification and snatched one). They still have 9 in stock.

Re: crucarta pm2 now shipping
Thanks! North River do not ship outside US though..
WMK seems to be my favourite retailer overall, I'm so happy with their service.
I should check this thread more often!

This gem is for non-US folks: Lamnia has C191GP Janisong in stock, for a fair price.
https://www.lamnia.com/en/p/10518/knive ... ife-c191gp
Mine has just arrived, it is just awesome. Production date is LN (2014), it should be some kind of 'new old stock'.

Re: Is Ballistol safe to treat the blades of knives with phosphor bronze washers? (not as pivot lubricant)
Ballistol is awesome product, I use it as a short/mid-term coating for non-stainless blades (besides the gun-care), no problems at all. It is safe and smells great. I heard it can polymerise after a year or so, but have never seen that.

Re: Stretch XL discussion
Linerless construction without rustproof blade seems to me more of a disadvantage. Would definitely get a Salt version of this design though.

Re: A ''big'' question and challenge for Sal and Spyderco
Here is the data of some of my knives with the most recent production dates. P4LW K390 has been reprofiled to 14 dps, the rest have a factory angle of 15 to 17 dps. [model] (production: month.year) - [BTE near the ricasso] - [BTE at the middle] - [BTE at the tip] Endura S30V (04.2020) - 0.018 - 0.02...

Looks like we cannot check the stock due to "4 per customer" limit. Because it still says there are only three left (I've ordered one too).

Re: Poll... Crucarta ...Poll
I believe this is some kind of marketing magic :) The "Cru-carta" is almost a meme. In my experience, Cru-wear does not provide any deal-breaking properties in everyday tasks. However, I admit that exceptional engineering work has been done to move this model to regular production line. Ma...

Re: More fake websites!
Can confirm that - did the same investigation (haven't seen your post before..), and moreso - I was curious and did an "order" (using one-time virtual credit card with zero funds on it). They actually do not charge your card in a moment, but instead they ask you to "confirm your ident...

Re: Crazy Good Deals Part 2!!
How are they not following MAP?? Their knives stock is very short and is on sale entirely. I guess they're just closing the knife department. Sadly, yet another online retailer which does not ship to my country. And their acquiring provider won't accept my card, so mail forwarders are not an option...

Re: I'm dumb and broke my Para 3 lightweight
Well, just to brainstorm a bit, some ideas 1) Place a piece of thick double-sided tape (like a "3M outdoor heavy duty") on a flat surface, then put the scales on a surface, so that flat screw head lies on that tape. If you apply pressure on the scales while tightening the screw, it can be ...

Even after refprofiling to 14 dps, my k390 Police is definitely thinner than the vg10 one.
