Tasman Salt 2 Hardware - black screws/silver backlock?
Purhcased a Tasman Salt 2 via Amazon, arrived last night and surprised to see it has black screws in addition to black clip, but still a silver backlock. Is this new? Or do I have a counterfeit on my hands... ALL the other pictures of the TS2 has silver screws with silver backlock.....

First knife I have finished. Veneer woods glued together and pinned with leftover Bamboo pieces from a flyrod I made. Hand and dremel sanded/polished. Moderately happy with it, and learned some important lessons; 1. Can't add back what is sanded off, and 2. Don't use soft woods even when laminating....

Mule Team G10 handle "too small" ? Does not cover tang fully
Started putting together my Mule Team package last night. Found that the G10 handle (Mule Team supply) has a footprint that does not cover the tang steel fully - the steel of the tang "sticks" out couple of milimeters on all sides. Anyone else with this problem? - Is this to be expected or...

Thanks for the heads up ! 2 inbound!! Working on handle ideas - laminated wood "micarta".... Too bad about the leather sheaths. Anyone know anything that comes close sizewise to buy a "universal" sheath for?

I love mine. No corrosion, but I have been good about keeping it clean/oiled every so often, and no on the water use... I had it apart to soften the backlock spring and take down the sharp edge on the backlock a bit, its a pain to get together again, so don't do that unless you really need to.. Anyw...
