I really like this.
I won't be purchasing one, I would prefer hap 40 steel and a bit less for the price.

I think the look and color scheme are sharp.
I think it would be a great knife to own.

Most of my spyderco knives are sprints or exclusives. I use all of them, some get more use than others.
Just depends on my mood for the day.

DLT M390 or 20CV, KC cruwear smooth G10, GPK Rex45 and white micarta, or Cutlery shoppe XHP and orange g10. Any more ideas folks? I really miss the Military exclusives. I don't think of a knife very practical for zombie defense.
But I'de go with Tuff and Millie or Endura.

I'm on the fence with this.
I merely want this because the price is good especially for a exotic steel sprint.

On the other hand I have two sprint run manix's that I hesitate picking another.
Decisions.

They are all good steels.
Personally s30v, lc200n and cruwear are preferred.

One is not better than the other, they are just a bit different.

Anyone have a pic of said prototype they would like to share ?

I dont dedícate knives to work or home, edc.
I just grab one I want for the day. I really dont put to much thought into it. Other than if I may go swimming.
I also only carry one knife, I dont have any use other than one.

Ummm yes.
I'm okay with the lock and I also vote for g10 over frn.
Gold and navy blue would be a great color choice imo.

I don't have interest in the spyderhawk.
The Caribbean is a favorite and I would be on board for a hawkbill design.
