Hi Awoodill,

Welcome to our forum.

sal
Thank you, sal! Just FYI: I had a terrific experience with my first purchase from the online store - even received a wonderful reply email from Joyce Laituri after I dropped a quick note of thanks. You've got a great team. :)

Re: Wharny Manbug Coming

If you have the Spyderco app on your phone (Android at least) the announcement created a cute little "Spyder" icon (see upper left of pic) when the announcement was made. I don't want to ever delete it! LOL

Re: Should military service be required?

I voted no. I think some sort of mandatory public service (ie Americorps etc.) would be great - if it was run correctly, but there is little chance of that in this country, so....
I had two combat deployments and can't imagine someone going through that who did not volunteer to serve.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

My FIRST (!) Spyderco arrived yesterday from the online shop. I got the Efficient to "try out" the brand and I AM HOOKED!

... although I think I gave myself arthritis, carpal tunnel, and possibly rickets learning how to "Spydie-flick" it. :)
