Re: "As close to perfection as possible" folder from Spyderco?

The Delica and Endura formats. Blade shape and steel can be chosen for variety and use.

Re: On pocket knives in the kitchen…

It’s fun and satisfying, and increases the familiarity with that particular knife. One area where a folder is often better is opening all the wrappings and containers that stuff comes in, so it’s good to have regardless.

I refuse to call the Delica small :) So McBee, a knife that makes me happy and is very useful.

Re: Overall disappointed

I can see the problem here, only one Spyderco. If you have twenty the loss of one is only 5%. I don’t know how many I have though. And come to think of it, I would be sad to lose any of them. Hm.

Re: New Knife Steel Ratings by Knife Steel Nerds

Great article, thank you. Looking forward to experiencing Magnacut eventually. Though also strengthening my belief in VG-10 in a good blade + a Sharpmaker.

Re: Street Beat Discussion

Finally got one, what a great little knife. Will be my dedicated hiking knife from now on. I like my Moras, but there is something so satisfying about this one.

It's a beautiful mod, but I wouldn't call that an upgrade. It should make it way too slippery.
Thank you, and no it’s not an upgrade, just nice. And given the great ergonomics to begin with, it’s not slippery at all for EDC tasks.

Re: Upgraded Delica

Big fan of Delicas, have several. Put CF scales on a HAP40/SUS410 Wharncliffe (and a titanium clip from Lynch NW), my favourite knife ATM. Posted it in another thread just because I like it so much: https://i.postimg.cc/ydBxyF5T/432463-A6-42-C5-4-A6-E-8924-46-C57105487-B.jpg Now waiting for the K390...
