I don't have an extensive collection, but the steels I have most of in spyderco are M4 and recent. Didn't plan it to be that way but I've been very happy with how they sharpen and perform and it just happened.

Totally agree, I've had some issues with shipping recently and have interacted with all three at different points. All have been super helpful and friendly!
