You could make a lanyard out of silicone tubing to get your knife to float and even add a cork to it. Use a brightly colored silicone color and use a reliable method to trap the air inside the tube. I made the scales “Skinny” and added more room for my finger on the lock access. I also added a forward school that eliminates the nub when closed but the nub does not really bother me like it does on the Shaman. It’s a dream of a knife now. I already have two I swapped my blades so I have a S90V with Jade scales and modded it. Love it and the stock one that is all black but M4 blade now. It’s a great knife for us big hand people. I’d get this one but I have others in mind to get. Happiness is a modded Spyderco

Ultem can be good to see if you are developing rust under scales.
