The C05GS Standard is the most "standard" Spyderco, of course! https://www.spydiewiki.com/index.php?ti ... y/Standard

The closet to the Standard would be the Delica.

Re: The most "standard" spyderco pocket knife in 2022 ?

Re: Balde education please

Tooday i have try too cut an apple in little square, it's just my personal think and i see this: Manix 2 : Manix 2 more lager than endela or strech 2 so for me endela or Strech better here. The acerate pointe of manix 2 (without belly on tip) scrape easely the apple for some cut was better for me to...

Re: Balde education please

Go Endura and not Endela if you have a Stretch 2 already! The Endela has practically the same dimensions as the Stretch 2 (just a slimmer profile in tallness), Not total agree with you to this point, Strech 2 similar to Endela ok, but i think the belly on strech (hunter/cut animal skin maybe) reduc...

Re: Tip solidity?

I have buying some pork rib this weekend, and try stab with this strech 2 SS. I'm surprised how the blade penetrate in bones. Easely 0.5, 1 or 2 cm penetrate in bones, tip penetrate well that sure. But i'm not really in trust it. That total speculated scénario, certainly appen 10% chance... and mayb...

Re: Tip solidity?

Michael Janich has used a Delica and Endura for years as part of his SD tool selection, I believe. Agree with you i dont think SS2 was really bad, did you know if Michael Janich talk about Sabre grind for endura/delica or full flat? I fact i really love this SS2, it's good slicer for prep food/heat...

Re: Tip solidity?

True i have look endura sabre grind, thigness and tip are really stronger than SS.
So Strech 2 straight spine, not really good for SD task corect?
