My first UKPK was/is a SE gin1 drop-point, and it remains one of my most used Spydies. They did stick around in U.K. retailers for quite a while after the steel & spring were superseded.
Is the metal and spring design not so good then?

Limey wants a knife he can't get in the uk.

Hi guys. I was hoping to get my hands in a couple of American UKPKs that don't find their way across the pond. https://www.countryknives.com/shop-by-department/sporting-and-outdoor/pocket-knives-non-locking/single-blade/jack/spyderco-c94sbl-uk-pen-leaf-blue-frn-spyderedge/ And https://www.countrykni...

I’d be up to anything. With the UKPK Salt already rumored to be coming we will have to wait to see what steel, blade shape, SE/PE, scale color and material it has.
Oooooh. I had no idea that was going on.

RESCUKPK: UKPK salt

So, I was thinking about a second campaign on the UKPK, similar to the damasteel one. Something along the lines of a UKPK salt, H1 steel or similar (open to suggestions from you metal perverts out there. Blade shape up for discussion, but there has been some wharncliffe talk recently. Maybe a serrat...

Re: The DAMAUKPK Project: Damasteel UK Penknife UKPK

I did see that the damasteel pattern, blade shape, and g10 color had been selected. I didn't see if blade grind and g10 texture had been discussed. Will the blade be a full-flat grind? We did not vote on the grind of the blade. We did discuss the handles, but due to keeping this knife within the no...

Re: The DAMAUKPK Project: Damasteel UK Penknife UKPK

What kind of grind would folks like to see on this blade? A hollow grind might show off the depth of the damasteel layers in a more interesting way than a full flat grind. I've not owned a damascus blade before, but the pictures I've seen of damascus blades with a higher degree of contouring than F...

Ukpk for me, but leaf pattern only.
It's such a good knife design.

Re: Heine Heines Exlusive UKPK delayed... Again.

Yeah. It is super annoying. I placed an order for this in 2019, and finally messaged HH in in April, to find out what was going on. They replied saying should be June 2020. I thought that it was a fairly weak effort on their behalf no to be more upfront, and told them so. It feels like I have waite...

So, does anyone know when the HH UKPKs will land?
Has anyone had any updates?

Nothing yet.

This will be a long time project. Making prototypes until right. Procuring steel. Finding a slot in the queue for production, etc.

Rough idea? 1 year? 5 years?
Any idea at all?

Thats a beautiful UKPK. Makes me think I'll carry mine tomorrow. The union jack might be the best though!
The top 2 are titanium, on the CTS BD1 that he kindly stonewashed for me.

The bottom is carbon fibre, that I put on the CPM S110V.

Re: Custom UKPK

:) It’s not super lavish, but it’s what I like! If I was designing the UKPK this is how I’d make it....(actually I’m lying I’d have the blade off the Pacific Salt 2 on there in black)....but this is close enough! I wanted the original UKPK as I like the grind on these best, the current blade I find...
