Re: CPM 20CV Thread

It’s good stuff! I’ve found it’s very dependent on heat treatment though, I’ve had less than stellar experiences with steels in the m390 family from other makers. But I have two knives in the collection (and one on the way!) in 20cv from spyderco, and they preform spectacularly. Extremely corrosion ...

How did you get that screw off, and then on again tight? I’ve had two lw manixes (manixs’? Manai?) and I had trouble with the clip scr...

Is this the first m4 to get used in the Seki factory? I thought usually their go-to carbon was cladded hap-40 for sprints.

How long have you been carrying knives, and how have your needs changed?

Title says it all, How long have y'all been in the hobby, and how your knife criteria has changed over the years? I'll start! I've been carrying small victorinox style knives since I was probably 7, mostly because I thought knives were cool and was (really still am) fascinated by mechanical devices....

Great review, although it does sorta confirm my thoughts about that price tag...

Re: knives

Check out “mtc kitchen”, it’s where I get most of my Japanese cutlery from. They work directly with a lot of the companies they sell work from. Otherwise “Kitchen Window” or even places like KnifeCenter or BHQ have decent, more standard, offerings. If you’re unsure about what you’re looking for the ...

Re: What is your profession?
