+1 for Vanax (I have 2 sharks in it and they are awesome). Can’t go wrong with Cruwear or S90v either.

I have three SPK sharks from Alex and they are hands down the best fixed blade edcs in my collection. Overall geometry, heat treat and ergos are all exceptional. I’ve been trying to get my hands on a Lamia, but a Spyderco-SPK colab would be amazing!

I have one as well and it’s my favorite Manix2. Super smooth action and looks killer with those scales. The heat treat seems really good and it came lazer sharp out of the box

I agree with you that Spyderco does do M390 right, and it would be nice to have more options with it. Congrats on that Para3 in Spy27, I’m living in the PNW and this steel appeals to me on a number of levels.

I am stuck on stainless as I am often near the ocean. I would like more M390. I do not think I will get it from Spyderco. Mostly, I would like a drop point hunter without a finger choil. I have large sized hands and have been really happy with my Swayback. I switched out the stock clip for an MXG Manix 2 deep carry clip which has worked perfectly. The ergos are spot on and I have no regrets picking this one up
