Re: Naked and afraid...
I know what your saying. I carried a Gen 3 SE Endura for over 20 yrs as a career FF. Retired now, had to leave knife in FL for return flight home to New England. Felt naked witout my pocket folder. I had driven down in Jan. Plan was to fly home for March & fly back for April. Enter COVID 19. Dec...

Re: New to Spyderco and the forum
Your toast now like me. Carried 1 knife an Endura 3 for 30 yrs. Had to leave it in Fl to avoid TSA. Felt naked without it. In 2 mos have bought several spydies to replace it. Can't explain the new found addiction.

Thanks James, the blade is a hollow sabre grind so most likely the bkade is ATS 55. I will post a pic when I get that figured out.

Re: Older Endura 3- Seki Japan, What blade steel ?
Thanks for the welcome Sal. Thanks for the welcome Sal. The clip on the Endura 3 is the steel clip not the molded one. I thought I read in a thread that the steel clips replaced the molded one in the late 90's. Initially I thought I bought it in the late 80's, however if the steel clip was new in th...

Older Endura 3- Seki Japan, What blade steel ?
Hello all, Purchased an Endura 3 in the 90's. I carried this knife for many years and had to leave it in Florida recently for my return trip back north. Since my return I have felt naked without my knife and have purchased several to take its place. I have also re-discovered the beauty & utility...

Can't explain my new found fascination with everything knife. I did 30 yrs as a career FF with one knife in my pocket an Endura 3 SE. Retired now,I had to leave my one knife in FL a month ago because I flew home, no checked bag, didn't want to lose to TSA. Enter Covid 19. Left car, summer clothes, k...
