Re: Wharncliffe's

I like Warncliffes for the ease of sharpening. I have never been good at free hand sharpening any blade. I carried a Delica SE for the last month or so and now a RockJumper PE for the last couple of weeks. I have a KME I really havent mastered yet, but sharpening the RockJumper was easy. I need to g...

Re: Rockjumper vs. Delica Wharncliffe

I can drop the sharp edge of the blade on my finger with one but not the other. CG That's a big part of it for me as well. The Delica has such a cult following, in all models of the knife, I don't think it will be going anywhere. I too would like to try a Rockjumper sometime in the future though. I...

Im not sure what you mean? The RockJumper has plenty of blade material to drop on a finger for one handed closing.

One of these days Im going to make a bow drill and make a fire. I have this weird desire to go on Naked and Afraid and think I can survive. The bugs at night will probably kill me though!

Re: Vivi's M4 Manix XL DLC Corrosion Log

I must have Vivi blood. Painting a garage floor in a hot and swetty pocket in SW Florida my Delica VG-10 had a few spots on it.

Following this thread for results.

Re: Knifejoy factory anodized Spydiechef

I got mine today, been wanting a Spydiechef for a long time. The blue $5 upcharge was enough for me to buy it. Beautiful knife! I had a hard time deciding between this or the Kapara. I chose the Spydiechef for the rust proof properties, but I'm sure to pick up the Kapara soon. https://i.imgur.com/zT...

Re: Rock Jumper comparison thread + general info

https://i.imgur.com/BLAsKcI.jpg I got my RockJumper a few days ago, but havent carried it yet. The lack of a boye dent and thumb ramp jimping is no big deal to me. Lock releases easily, and plenty of blade material for dropping on finger for one handed closing. Do I like jimping? Yes, but I don't s...

Re: Jimi & Janis: Strange Circumstances Of Their Demise

I heard about the 27 club since I was in school. It goes way back long, long, ago. It is strange all these rock stars die at the age of 27. Did they go to the crossroads and make a deal with the Devil? Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse joined that club. Not the 27 Club but look into this,,, look up Chri...

Yes! Love that purple, and lately i'm really loving having a fully serrated blade with me outdoors in...

I would never buy from them DLT again period
I have nothing but great things to say about DLT for the 5-6 times I have ordered from them! Top notch dealer!

Re: a simple question about the pac salt 2 and the 5x5 solutions recluse clip.

Have no idea what your asking, but are you aware there is 2 different pac salts? The old one had a barrel spacer clip, or what ever you call it, and the newer pac salt 2 has 3 screws.

Re: Anyone have and use a Mora Eldris?

I bought this knife for camping as a neck knife and a fire starter. I got the kit as I was afraid the knife may fall out when carried around the neck, but it fits tight in sheath. The blade spine is nice and sharp to strike a fire rod. Its little but fits my hand nice, I have big hands and long fing...
