I buy them in person at SFO. Never ordered them online. Whenever I had asked and they weren’t in, they were back in stock by the next time I went in. I have every autonomy(2) model and a kit to support it fwiw.

I’ll be the first to say I’m excited for the counter critters. I bought the counter puppies as soon as they were released and my spouse loves them as paring type knives. That the critters are larger should be better for me because they should fit me better.

I have a few of these kits for my various autonomy(2) knives. The kits work for both models. Also the kits distinguish between satin and black, which makes the only difference being the color of the replacement screw. That’s a very aesthetically appealing knife. I’d be interested in such a knife if the steel chosen reflects the overall upscale design.

Be aware that Dack Outdoors customer service is as poor as it gets. Their shipping times are also incredibly slow. I waited 2 months for my order last year.

You’ll get your stuff, you just probably won’t be happy about the process.

I like spyderco as a company and spydercos as pocket knives. I have a lot of them. But I’m finding the value to not be equivalent to pricing lately. If prices continue to rise I’m likely out as a buyer barring any exceptionally interesting new collaborations. Lately I’ve been buying many more knives...

I called spyderco, detailed the problem and the error message, and I was told “keep trying to pay”. Somehow I doubt continued payment attempts will push it through on an err...

I was always curious about what happened to the original Wolfspyder. I can’t recall ever seeing it on a discontinued list but it seemingly disappeared. I hope there’s no design change and this is just a material update.

They’re still at SFO and available overseas.

The cost may be the cost but if only 300 people are willing to buy it, perhaps the cost is not in line with what the market will bear. It’s clear that many people find the cost to be far too high and very few people are publicly stating the cost is appropriate.

I’ll say it. Some of these prices are ridiculously high and outside the bounds of reasonableness.

Countries other than the United States are going to see extremely high and untenable pricing.

I vote no.

Having had a factory micarta pm2, I wholly prefer the g10 version over the micarta.

I also don’t like coated blades.

Green G10 k390 uncoated pm2? Hmmm… bento box sells that, or sold that combo.
