Here is the decades old "Chinook 0" that Ken Onion made to Keatings design with a trainer as well. You can see how the Chinook 1 developed from it.

In the end, if Sal makes a Chinook 5 and it's a Chinook 4 with a newer steel, I'll still buy it.

2 mm X 0.4 mm X 5 mm long screws cured the problem. The screws are available from Boltdepot

They are lined up correctly. Waiting on new longer 2 mm X 0.4 mm screws to attach the clip.

No they don't. I don't know who made the Kydex but it is well made. I would prefer the leather if I could find one. Maybe link me to the manufacturer of the Respect sheath.

I bought a respect on the aftermarket with a nice Kydex sheath but without the original sheath. I have contacted Spyderco through email about buying just the sheath but have not gotten a response. Can anyone suggest another route or source?
