I have not been around for a long time but I'm very sad to see Tom Berry leave the business, however, Life is a continuous cycle of change, mine is.

Just to back other comments, Tom's always, and I mean always, been a first class person to do business with. Our lives would be a little bit easier ...

I agree with 2cha..........I count myself as a Liberal person with Liberal outlook BUT I support gun ownership just not certain type of gun.

What does pertrub me is that some people associate gun ownership with criminal behaviour which includes most so-called liberal politicians.

There is another pic somewhere of a yacht thats ended up in someones pool, almost a perfect fit! It didn't look too damaged and nor did the pool BUT definitely a Mobile Crane job/lift to get the yacht out...........you may even be able to hire one.............in a month or three!

An Update if I may, we have one confirmed loss as a result of this cyclone.

A 23-year old man had been asphyxiated/suffocated after he ran a diesel generator in a sealed room to provide power for his needs.......... :eek: :rolleyes:

Sad to say, he's not the first person I've heard of doing this ...

A brief summary:

So far, no loss of life or serious injury but its early days yet and some areas are out-of-contact still.

There isn't a perfect size as far as I am concerned. The blade size varies dependant upon what I want, need or would like the knife to do, and even for EDC purposes I carry varying lengths dependant on a whim, what I fancy on any given day or whether the sun shines.

It would be appreciated if members here could spare me a moment or two.

Specifically, I wish to clarify the current situation with regards to Knife Laws within Australia and its dominions.

There have been no actual, and no current forecast identified, changes to the common law with regards to ...

My "new" D2 Military in FG Green, another lovely example of a Mil in a now unusual steel...............(yes it is that sunny here, a steady 100+ at the moment)

One thing I might point out here is please get regular check-ups people, especially those like me who are over 45, in my case well over 45! :rolleyes:

I know Docs don't always pick up stuff BUT your options are severely increased by regular health ...

Here you go, all of the Dyads together..............one of the full-size ones and one of the Juniors (next size down) black Micarta's have been sold to a Knife Buddy in QLD. I've acquired another Micarta Junior as a replacement and will buy any ...

Its around 37-38degC/98-100degF here in West Australia at the moment.............. :rolleyes:

This Northern/Southern hemisphere temperature difference gets a bit weird at this time of the year............ :cool:

I have a Spanish Aitor Bowie which is quite nice for a budget knife and a couple of Seki-made Al Mar's that are Collectors pieces, still looking for a good, plain, Al Mar Bowie made in Japan for a User............... :rolleyes:

Hattori and some of the other Seki City knife makers usually have some ...

ORANGE Dodo sounds good to me too, don't care about the blade, polished is OK so is black.........Burgundy Micarta would be nice too..........
