Re: What is your dominant hand / forum statistics

I was born lefty, but raised righty because more things are suited to righties. I do alot of things both. Things I was taught as a kid I do mainly right and things that I have taught myself (like pool) I do left. Knives I do both and carry a folder on each side. I actually spydieflick better with my...

Fingers crossed for PM2 LW with a wire clip.
This, but with a really good steel. LC200N would be awesome.

Re: How many knives do you typically carry?

Usually 3. I rotate through different knives pretty often. Lately it has been a Spydiechef in the front right, an M390 Delica, Microtech Ultratech, or Kizer Kala in the left rear, and a V-Toku2 Ladybug in my coin pocket. Sometimes I add a Leatherman on my belt.

Re: Classic Spyderco Folders In Larger Or Smaller Scale

I just want part of an existing knife smaller. I would love a Military with about an inch off of the handle. 4" blade and 5.5" handle just does not work for me. And make it tip up carry of course.

Re: Does Spyderco Loctite their pivot screws?

Thanks for all of the info and suggestions. I will try again tomorrow and see what I can do with my newfound knowledge. I have a dozen Spydercos and have never run into this before, but this is my first Taichung model.

Does Spyderco Loctite their pivot screws?

I just got a new Spydiechef and was not a fan of the new black hardware so I got some blue titanium replacement screws. Well, the pivot screw will not loosen. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how do I get it loose?

Re: So what's your top 3 favorite steels? and why?

I would have to go:
M390- gets razor sharp and holds it for a long time (I love my M390 Delica and would like to see more Spydercos in M390)
204p- same reasons as M390
LC200N- super corrosion resistence and also gets a fine edge

Re: Spydiechef in stock at BladeHQ.

I ordered as soon as I got the email yesterday and got the shipping confirmation last night. I am anxious to get ahold of it. I had just told a buddy that I was not ordering more knives for awhile unless the Spydiechef came back on the market since I have bought nine knives in the last month. Sure e...
