Re: Spydiechef vs Kapara

I would take the spydiechef. I would like the Kapara more than the Chef if the lock was a frame or liner lock, there's just way too little space in the compression lock area.

Re: G10 UKPK officially makes a return! Heinnie Haynes Exclusive

lately I've been using this the most, and am starting to like it even more than my customized bugout and both my para 3 lws. It's insanely light, and has proven to me that I don't really need a locking blade for most of my tasks which is mostly office-droning. Also the ergonomics are insanely good, ...

Re: Straight Spine Stretch

Got mine today, never had a stretch before. It feels much heavier than I expected, around 106g with the steel liners versus my Manix Lw at 82g. I'll let it slide though because of the beautiful scales and back lock  And as usual razor sharp out of the box.

Re: Kapara CQI

Hmm I got my Kapara in yesterday. It didn't drop shut out of the box, so I took it apart to see if it indeed having the pivot bushing, and it does. So I lubed it up, and have opened/closed it maybe 200 times while watching NBA games. It still doesn't drop shut without me loosening the pivot. Someone...

Re: Sage 5 Lightweight

I just saw the Nick Shabazz disassembly video and evidently the sage 5 lw has a pivot bushing like the qci kapara. Could make a big difference for the action snobs. So, for those less knowledgeable of the details like myself, is the pivot bushing a good thing for the action, or not? It's good. Make...
