This poll needs to be redone with just Cruwear, 20cv and LC200N! I

Re: P'Kal vs. Yojimbo vs. Chinook

I ultimately ended up with the Yojimbo 2, because of the wharncliffe blade for easier everyday use, size in pocket and the comp lock. There are trainers available for the Yojimbo and P’kal if you wanted to go that route. Others worth mentioning as well are the Karahawk and PPT which were also design...

Re: Compression Lock Military 2 Steel Poll

Anything in the 20cv/204p/m390 fam has my vote. I do want a LC200N M2 but I just don’t think Spyderco will do this out of the gate.

Hawkbill Comp Lock

I’ve realized that Spyderco doesn’t have a hawkbill compression lock model. The only one that I’m aware of is the Superhawk, which was discontinued many years ago and I would love to find out why. Can we get a return of the Superhawk, maybe with an updated steel? Or, can we get a Caribbean with a Ha...

Re: Reverse S Dragonfly please!

I would love to see one as well, since I will probably pass onto M4 Dodo. Still debating whether or not to buy the Lil Matriarch from BBS.

Re: First of Many and What's Next?

Well, since it’s his first post it may take a few days for his next post to get reviewed so we may not get any insight into his preferences until then. My recommendations are: Small: Dragonfly, Roadie, Lil Native, Chaparral Medium: Para 3, Native 5 Large: Shaman, PM2, Caribbean I didn’t mention any ...

Re: Micarta Shaman 2nd Sprint Run

looking at the specs there dosnt seem to be 'that much' difference in a shaman from a PM2 i understand the blade shape but what else am i missing here? i understand this discussion relates to the crucarta sprint Just think of the PM2 as an Army Humvee, lighter, durable and very capable. Now think o...

Re: Micarta Shaman 2nd Sprint Run

I hope everyone who wants a Cruwear Shaman gets one, if they do another run I will buy one just to be able to sell it to someone on here at cost. The only Shaman I’m in the market to keep is a one with burgundy micarta, don’t really even care what steel. I think i'd bite the bullet and get the scal...

Re: Official 2020 Discontinued List

Just picked up a Magnitude from BHQ for $190. I’ve been eyeing this CF Sheepsfoot for some time and that awesome price finally got me to pull the trigger. I love absolutely everything about the Magnitude but the clip. At $190 I even love the monster S30V blade. I wish every knife Spyderco makes in ...

Re: Micarta Shaman 2nd Sprint Run

We've not yet purchased the material and we've not chosen a steel so this is going to happen immediately. sal To compliment the original I would either do Cruwear and a different color micarta, or brown micarta and PD1. That would make the original special yet still give everyone else a shot at ver...

Re: Spyderco BM Proper Killer!

We can discuss a higher end Slipit. Maybe something like Carbon fiber, Micarta or? Does the steel make a difference? Hi Michael, I'm not interested in making a nail nick model. We can discuss one hand open, like the UK, or two hand open, like the Double Dents? sal I like the double dents very much....

Re: Spyderco BM Proper Killer!

Hole please! I can already see the baby horn modded into a slip joint - but would be up for something different Does the double dent make it thicker? That would look great as well! Maybe with contoured scales, titanium liners, great steel, sheepsfoot blade and double dents (which would make it a ha...

That’s settled then.

Sheepsfoot, double dent, British Racing Green micarta, polished rwl34.
I’ll never turn down a sheepsfoot blade!
