Re: Knifejoy Exclusive Para Military 2

I agree with the above posts. Not fun at all to miss out. With a knife as legendary as a PM2, it should be available in any steel you want and any color scale you want. Just sayin

Older box is better

So I love the look of the old spyderco boxes, the black ones with the web and silver bug. Please bring these retro boxes back, Sal. Thank you......p.s. I'm still waiting for my spyderco COFFEE mug!

Re: Which steel has impressed you lately?

Took 2 knives out with me to snowplowing and lay salt for 16 hrs...wet conditions and knives covered in salt residue from opening bags. When I got home and inspected both knives, the Byrd hawkbill 8cr 13mov was completely covered in surface rust. The other, native lc200n looked brand new!! Amazing c...

Re: Gentleman EDC / Groomsman Gift

Lil native ...mix it up...some with comp lock and some with back lock some p.e. some s.e.
Another cool idea would be all different models and let em all swap after if they want....PM2, para3, native, delica, etc.,etc.

Winter carry while snowplowing and salting I only carry my native5 lightweight in lc200n.
Also a delica for work too...
Lounging around the house I carry my DFLY 2
On weekends I might grab a PM2, para3, or another brand--cough,cough

Re: How was your 2019?

So out of nowhere in April, I bought my first spyderco ever, a PM2 s30v. Then went on a tear and bought 12 more in 7 different steels. I never was into knives and thought I would never buy a knife over $50 and have a couple around $180. I even branched out and picked up a benchmade and ZT to see wha...

Spyderco for firefighter

Hi folks, Xmas is on the way and I want to get my brother who is just starting a new career as a firefighter. I own /love many spydercos myself and am slowly getting my younger brother to notice this brand--he's not really a hard core knife guy like us but he knows quality. He actually noticed my fu...
