That second one looks a fair bit like my Trevor Burger Dakar, in general shape at least.

Re: SPK Lamia colab

I'd absolutely be in for one of these if it comes to fruition. Given my luck with lottos and inability to understand how to make IG notify me of anything, even if it takes 18 months it'll still probably be my first chance to get a Lamia!

Re: Exclusive Delica - Carbon Fiber with HAP40/SUS410

So I decided last night (or early this AM) to open mine up and see if I couldn't clean it up a bit. You wouldn't believe the amount of carbon fiber shreds/dust all over everything. I ended up taking it fully apart, wiping it all down, and lightly lubing the moving parts with gun oil. The lock is muc...

Re: Exclusive Delica - Carbon Fiber with HAP40/SUS410

Got mine this morning. It's my first Delica, so I can't compare it to the standard version, but it seems like a really nice knife to me. Fit and finish are great, apart from the slightly angled spacer as noted above. My scales, so far anyway, are nice and smooth with no blemishes or scratches. The o...

Re: Knife too thin

Yes to both questions. I appreciate a thin slicer, but as far as the things I use a pocket knife for I'd generally prefer medium to thick over thin for general use. Err on the side of caution, if you will.

Re: Crazy Good Deals Part 2!!

Has anyone received one of these CF Delica's in hand? I've got about 40 different Spydie's at this point and don't currently have a Delica in the collection, but a YouTube video bashing the fit and finish on this exclusive has me second guessing this awesome deal. Just looking for a little feed bac...

Re: Crazy Good Deals Part 2!!

Surprised they are still in stock at this price. It is a crazy deal! Their online inventory said they had 323 available when I first posted this deal. Looks like about 50 have sold since then. That is unfortunate. They have commissioned a couple of very cool exclusives that haven’t done great. I ho...

Re: Can some steels be bad for our health ?

(Snip) As Sal said, what gets you is what you do the most. Now that is actually worth thinking about. That is precisely why over half of car accidents happen within 5 miles from home, and over two-thirds within 10 miles. Or, something that worried my wife when our kids were first starting to eat so...

Yeah, I have confirmation emails including a tracking number and have not had any requests to call to confirm the order. I guess I'll have to watch to see if the tracking shows the knife actually being shipped.

Re: So I want to try a Native.

Linerless g10 does an excellent job balancing weight reduction, and that solid in hand feeling. Linerless frn is still rigid, and slightly better balanced as far as the front to back pivot point, and the scales are more contoured, however I still prefer linerless g10. I know frn will perform how I ...

Re: Forum knife 2020 - final model poll

My post seems to have not made it so hopefully I don't repeat myself here. I voted for the UKPK not necessarily because I'm excited about it, but because it's the least bad option (in my opinion of course). Shaman - quite expensive, too long for a lot of folks, several sprints/exclusives out and upo...
