How to change password
When I logged into the forum the last half a year or more, my phone gives me an alert that my password was in a data leak. So finally, lazy me went to change the password, only to find out I have no idea where to find this option and whether it exists. Nothing in user control panel, nothing in FAQ. ...

Bump for the r/spydercoswap.
Looking for the Salt 1 anyway (C88SBBK), posting it here in hope someone sees it and doesn't decide it's value should be 200+ now.

After reducing my total collection by 20%, this is what's left of Spyderco (and one Byrd).
Found out I love small knives with wire clip best, so current EDC is Chap, as Dragonfly just cramps my hand too much.

SpydieWiki update thread
I was looking to find some Dragonfly 2 variations the other day, and the first thing that popped in my mind was to go to SpydieWiki. If I recall correctly, I think that Spyderco crew took over maintenance and site updates (remember reading this in another thread, but really can't pinpoint). Anyway, ...

SS Police to my father in law, who has a bear paw sized hand, because he always carried some crappy old slipjoint, handle fits him just fine.
Gave a Byrd Tern to the husband of my first cousin, just to get him hooked :)

Re: Has any knife made you stop buying knives?
This Christmas my wife got me a DLC Native 5 (S30V).
Now my other knives with better steels and specs sit in the drawer, even the M390 Delica I swore to be a grail knife.
There is something about it that's just magnetic.

Re: crucarta PM2 pivot screw issue - suggestions?
Look at the pic attached of Delica pivot and the hole in the liner. Pivot can rotate a healthy 15 degrees inside.
This could be your problem.
The hole for the pivot is too large and it is rotating inside no matter how much you tighten

Re: If model _____ had been ___ it would have been perfect
If Mule knives put 4.5-5 inch blade on the same type handle and produced as a finished product, this would be great. Even if this was not all the newest top of the line steels, but a standard production fixed blade. You would still have the option of using all the Mule handles in a great camping/all...

Re: Best Blade Steel
Well, here go my 2 cents: Best non stainless - Rex45, K390 Best stainless - S90V, M390 (my favourite) Best corrosion resistant - LC200N, maybe Vanax if it ever goes to full scale production. I'm deliberately leaving H1 out because it's really soft in plain edge. Best allaround/toughness - CruWear, M...

Nice to see to group expanding.
I find this a cozy and cultured place to spend some time daily, even though I'm not even sure how I end up here sometimes.
Congratulations to Spyderco and everyone here!

Aqua Salt / Fish Hunter in Magnacut or LC200N
Having an overwhelming folding knives collection (for my taste at least - got everything I wanted), I'm thinking of getting a fixed blade in the near future. As the last 10 knives I got lately were all Spydercos, and would like to continue the streak, I am looking at Aqua Salt or Fish Hunter for all...
