CS and St. Nicks show C94PYL as LC200N
C94PYL (and C41PYL5 too I think) was initially released in LC200N before they settled on yellow for Magnacut and green for LC200N for Golden-made Salts. I bought one from SMKW and it was advertised as LC200N but showed up as Magnacut. I think it’s safe ...

Re: UKPK Magnacut unavailable anywhere
So... Trying to get the knife to Europe.
BBS, SMKW and Knifejoy don't deliver outside US.
CS and St. Nicks show C94PYL as LC200N, not sure what exactly is the story there
American Edge is the only option at 80 $ shipping (plus we get 27% over shipping as VAT+customs).
So it would be 230-250 USD ...

UKPK Magnacut unavailable anywhere
I know that the factory has gone out of business, and see that UKPK Magnacut is unavailable everywhere.
There was a word that the production of Magnacut would be transferred to another factory, but haven't followed that story thoroughly.
Could someone provide more information on what is to be ...

Re: Which one for the next - birthday present
I could not resist.
Slim (20-30% less width than FRN), sturdy, thick blade spine and serrated.
Reminds me of my first ever Spyderco - Police SS.
Wife will get the Salt :smlling-eyes
One question for anyone that would know - what is the material used for SS scales of this model, they stick to ...

Re: Which one for the next - birthday present
Thank you all for voting and suggesting - winner is obvious - Salt 2 serrated.
So I'll get that one and Delica SS serrated also - I'll tell my SO to get me "the interesting green one" as she said, and the other goes under the counter.

Re: Which one for the next - birthday present
I voted SPY27 but switched it to the Salt 2. You don't have a Salt model yet.
Have you considered the Roadie XL? It's a fine knife that's head and shoulders easier to open than any other slipjoint. The FRN scales are smooth; much closer to the UKPK in texture. It might just bump the Sanremu ...

Re: Which one for the next - birthday present
I’d invest in some easy to apply blade wax and oil.
Living at the coast I’m able to use any steel with a bit of care.
Treat yourself to a Para 3 in 15V and a new world will open for you.
Else, a Native 5 Magnacut can be a great addition (serrated or not). A true user with great ergonomics, no ...

Which one for the next - birthday present
Hello fellow forum members,
My birthday is getting close, and during the last year I found myself carrying Delica M390 and UKPK S110V almost all the time.
Then 2 months ago I impulse bought Sanremu titanium slipjoint, and haven't stop carrying it since.

Re: Caly 3/UKPK with back lock
From what I know spyderco has plans of bringing back the caly series, caly 3 included, with additional designs coming to the series.
If the caly 3 didn’t exist already I could see it being much more possible for them to make a backlock version of the ukpk, keeping everything the same, just adding ...

Caly 3/UKPK with back lock
After almost 15 years of carrying a folder with me daily, and changing from Dragonfly Para 2 to Police, in the last 6 months I've mostly been carrying UKPK S110V.
Slim profile, deep carry wire clip, amazing FRN pattern (not too aggressive) and an excellent steel choice made me carrying it more than ...

Spyderco website missing menu items
Hello fellow Sypderco techs; today I went on the standard page, and opened menu to look for locking folders (as was previously sorted - locking and non-locking).
However, I don't see locking folders, so not sure am missing something.
From what I recall, this issue exists for some time now ...

Reviving this thread to ask if the UK Penknife in Magnacut would be released in the next 3 months?
If Sal would be kind enough to drop in...
Going to UK in October, would love to carry that one
