Re: How low do you go?

I don't have a Military, but I sharpened my HAP40 Endura at 20° inclusive with a 30° inclusive micro bevel. No issues so far, but I'm not too rough on my folders.

This may be the best pic I have on hand of the edge.

Re: Spyderco multi-tool?

Mad Mac, you're slowly convincing me that i need to try a Standard. And I agree, the future looks bright for that model. Maybe that's why I haven't tried it yet, just hoping for more capability in future iterations.

Re: Spyderco multi-tool?

A Spyderco multitool whether it's an original design or a collaboration with a multitool company would be awesome. I think a one-piece-multitool/prybar would be more likely to be successful and I'd be very interested in one of these made by Spyderco. So many different possibilities and options with...

Haha thanks Mad Mac. I used to have a black lab mix that was terrified of gun shots.

Re: My perfect city combo and my perfect "just-one" blade... show yours

I live in an area where I can carry any size knife, so I don't need two different carry systems. I do, however, like to carry an additional "people friendly" knife in addition to my main knife. A Vic Classic paired with my Endura has worked well for me. The additional tools are appreciated on a dail...

Re: Post a spydie and a gun thread

Not a miss. Shoot and release. So that's what you call my style of hunting :D My grandfather just gave me his father's Mossberg 500A 12ga. I believe he passed away when I was one or two years old, I'm twenty-eight now and I'm not sure when he purchased it. I'm planning to harvest some dove with it ...

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

I've been carrying my Manix the past few days instead of my usual Pacific Salt. https://i.imgur.com/MxxHEGk.jpg Freshly sharpened. While I like how my serrated Pacific Salt cuts, I have to say it was nice sharpening a plain edge knife free hand. I prefer that to sharpening a serrated knife on a gui...
