Since I’m a lefty I have been looking around for a leather sheath . I contacted JRE they suggested the E model. Has anyone tried it on a Mule ? DLT has them available .

Not sure what you mean....do you want to see the tip of the blade closed inside the handle?

I think the opposite end from the tip. It does stick out from the scales but not annoying because of the scale ...

Yeah I completely missed the "while closed" part. The RJ is no doubt wider, it's pretty much exactly as wide as a Caribbean at the top of the thumb ramp/widest point.
