Re: Para 3 LW problem
Yes, the clip is on the wrong side. I’m right-handed but have to carry my knife in my left pocket because my Kahr P380 is in a pocket holster in my right. So I pull the knife out of my left pocket with my left hand and move it to my right to open it. I guess I’ll have to start using the Para 3 with ...

Para 3 LW problem
I got a Para 3 LW a few days ago and noticed a few times that the blade was open slightly when I put my hand in my pocket but I didn’t think much of it. However, today at one point while I was driving I looked down and had blood all over the back of my hand. After I cleaned it up, I saw I had a sawt...

Re: What’s this number on the blade?
Interesting. It did come from New Graham Knives, the only place I could find one. I re-checked their website right after I bought mine and it said that knife was OOS. It must have been the last one. Thanks for the information.

What’s this number on the blade?
A Para 3 lightweight just came today. It’s the black blade Spyderedge model. There is “087V” written on the blade. What is the significance of this? I tried to upload a picture but I got a message that it was too large.
Thanks for the help!

David

Unpopular opinions
I’m pretty new to this forum (18 months), don’t post much (4), but visit to read almost daily. I learn a lot, but one reason I don’t post much is it seems many of my opinions aren’t held by the majority of this community. For example: 1. My dragonfly feels like a toy. Also, the short wire clip is to...

Re: Chaparral Raffir Noble scales
I just assumed that replacement scales were available. So if you damage the scales on a Spyderco, what do you do? Aftermarket scales are the only option? That seems...odd. Is that standard policy in the industry? My Cat has a good-sized chunk out of one scale. Again, I thought I could just call the ...

Re: Chaparral Raffir Noble scales
Apparently the Raffir Noble is a bit delicate, so I'd like to use the carbon fiber for everyday wear, and then put on the Raffir Noble for fancy occasions.
Thanks for the kind welcome Sal. I appreciate it.

Chaparral Raffir Noble scales
Can the Chaparral's Raffir Noble scales be changed to the ones from the carbon fiber model? I can't decide between the two, and if that can be done, it solves my problem. Thanks!
