Re: Which models did you initially dislike but then came around?
I didn't like any of them. Crazy hole in the blade looked funny. Now I like all of them, own a dozen and probably not done.

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?
This afternoon I rescreened the patio. Used my Manix 2 LW Maxamet to cut the spline and trim the screen. Knife started out very sharp and finished the same way.

Re: Doublestuff 2 - need a bigger one!
I don't have the Doublestuff2 but have and use the original doublestuff. Handy useful stone but mine has been just about retired in favor of the Goldenstone. This is portable and very handy. The Goldenstone is fast becoming my favorite stone. In my opinion its very under appreciated.

Re: Cleaning & Maintenance of Spyderco Ceramic Sharpening Stones?
Quick question, do the Spyderco bench stones require dressing or lapping to bring up fresh abrasive? So far all I've done is clean mine with comet but was told I needed dress them. They seem to be work just fine after cleaning and I would be concerned with changing the grit if I lapped them.
