HIgher, I checked both of my 1st gen Police, and five later models, and all were 11.8 mm (or very close). None were 10.8.

It may take me a couple of days, but I'll post photos of my 1st gen Police, and a couple of others you might want. I'd be very happy to see wiki get updated, thank you!

The ones with the domed pins are Tufram coated aluminum. In my photo above, the last two on the right side of the first row are uncoated aluminum. The first, second and fourth on the next row are Tufram coated aluminum.

I'm not sure about the original purpose, but that hump would appear to reinforce the pivot. I carry a similar Endura (wide integral clip, AUS-8) and it does make holding the knife when thumb opening much easier that it would be without it. The Merlin I just got has the same hump, only smaller.
