Also, fun fact: The 1st generation black ladybug model (LBK), was packaged and sold at one point as the Little Big Knife to sell to the military. You can find the old clamshell packaging some places with the LBK name.

Re: What's your favorite little-big Spyderco?
I guess I'm confused on what a little big knife is. The Baby Jess Horn and the Squarehead are just small knives to me. There's nothing about them that makes them feel big in the hand, or makes me think they'd perform like a larger knife. In contrast, the Chaparral just seems like a smaller EDC knif...

Cricket or DoDo if I had one. Nvalid, Can you retake photo on a plain background so the knives are the focus, not the background image ? 20181027_192311~01~01.jpg 500Nitro, thanks for the suggestion, all I had on hand was a cardboard box as a backdrop so I grabbed a Buff neck gaiter to cover it up....

What's your favorite little-big Spyderco?
20181027_085232~01.jpg Some of my favorite Spydercos are the little-big knives, the knives that pack a lot of cutting power in a small, convenient form. These are a few of my favorites. I never actually carried some of what's shown here but the Spin engraved model goes with me almost everywhere in ...

Re: Rainbow Cricket EBay listing ends!! Holy moly!
I can verify the buyer was legit in this case. When I shipped it off the lady at the UPS store looked at me like I was crazy when I told her what to insure it for lol. I have been collecting Crickets for several years, just whatever looked interesting to me figuring I would put them all together in ...

Let's see your Crickets
My first EDC Spyderco was a Cricket, and I've enjoyed collecting them over the years. Anyone else accumulated a swarm of Crickets? 20181018_234108~01~01.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/320xq90/r/924/S8uQjE.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/320xq90/r/922/1M07og.jpg https://imagizer.images...

Re: Does anyone have a rainbow cricket?
The attachments weren't showing up on the last message so here's a couple more. I got 2 Crickets in Japanese boxes several years ago, one was a pink FRN and the other was this one, they both had the model labels scuffed off (possibly there was a price tag or something on that side of the box) so I w...

Re: anyone have a rainbow cricket?
s-l400.jpg I tried to respond to this earlier and got disapproved for some reason? So if I am approved this time I just wanted to say funny enough I think I was the one who purchased the exact rainbow Cricket you sold. There's a distinctive spot right at the tip on the right side of the blade that ...
