ImageI took this shot yesterday exercising in the cemetery. I am always looking for unique headstones and this one really grabbed my heart . His name was Captain Elmwood who gave his life for his country in 1862 . After I took the shot at hillside I looked across the length of our town cemetery and noticed all the American flags blowing in the wind . Very emotional moment I thought I would share and thank all on the Forum who have served or presently in the service of our country. Dan

Thank you Spydernut and Barry . I’m having fun and not a pro like some the great photographers in the gallery . I like doing dedication shots for friends on the Forum out of respect for all the good things they do contributing and helping others . I enjoy the challenge being creative and sharing . Dan

Thx Dan. I love it! :beaming-face
You can just feel the rock solid legendary quality’s of the Original Manix by just looking at it in a picture. :cheap-sunglasses :beaming-face

If only i was a little older when it was still in the shops i would have bought myself poor. :beaming-face
I guess its a good thing that spyderco is to stubborn to make it again it would bankrupt me. :scream :savouring

I'll second that! I'm glad I found Spyderco when I was a bit more seasoned...and a Mrs. to help keep me in check!

ImageThis thread would be incomplete without a picture for someone from Georgia who just happens to be a great friend. Thought I would celebrate a new purchase .
