Is the HRC known for this knife? I don't see it in the catalog nor on the dealer pages.

As far as I can tell we only have HRC for the Mules since several people tested them back then. Spyderco never announced any HRC range so we would need someone to test them.

One thing : I can feel a difference in sharpening the Mules and the N5 MagnaCut

JIC it is of interest, I found a HRC test, it comes out at 61.7.
Does it mean the HT is geared a tiny bit towards toughness rather than edge retention?

That guy is using a rebound hardness tester for HRC.

That is incorrect. We don't use rebound testing for HRC values because it's not an acceptable or accurate practice or method for the size and hardnesses we use for knives.

He's also getting into a lot of details about heat treatment that are not correct.
