This person selling counterfeit Manix 2 lightweight knives, has two Seller names in the same listing, which I find odd . . .

Cristian255 (5) 72.7% positive
Located in: Los Angeles, California

Then under the 'Feedback Profile' portion of the listing, the name is qzcristian.

Since this was a Dealer Exclusive (the first counterfeit Dealer Exclusive I've seen for a Lightweight Manix 2), I called the owner of Cutlery Shoppe this morning, to make sure he is aware of it. I think that since this particular Model not only affects Spyderco, but Cutlery Shoppe as well. Makes it doubly important, in my mind at least, to get this stopped. My goodness, this Seller alone, has sold 24 pieces of this model.

Can we get an update on how this battle is going, please, Kristi? From you, or someone on the Legal Team.

They used the word "tactical." Kidding.

Not aware of an S90V version in bright red. Orange, but not red even though they describe it as orange. Blade looks stonewashed. There is a 2nd screw by the pivot screw that should be a pivot if it is pivot construction. That is what stands out to me.

Okay that's what I was thinking too about the color and steel combo, didn't catch the screw where a rivet should be.

I saw the clip side and assumed it was pinned construction except for the pin shown below. All but the pivot screw should be pins. Looking back at it, it appears to be screw construction.
Unfortunately, I do not have one to compare.

****Edit to add **** I also just realized in my original post I was thinking pins and typing pivot screws. Sorry I meant pins. Just ignore me from here on out. :rofl I seriously think I have some condition swapping words from my head to my fingers and my eyes cannot see it.

Want a little irony with your day?

Given eBay's steadfast refusal to recognize fake Spydercos, even after dozens or scores of warnings and complaints (or more), they have the chutzpah to claim this:
