Love that color.

How do you like the infidel?
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

It’s a great knife, probably my favorite OTF. You can find them “used” on the secondary market for cheap, like half of what a new one runs. I like the d2 and this s30v… I use them as EDC blades and never had a problem.

😂 I thought about it. Wanted something with a stout blade (I also have my Rock Jumper SE with me). It's cold as ****, and my hands don't work well with lockbacks when it is cold. Shaman was the other option, but you know. Testing purposes. I already know the Shaman is a great stout work knife.

You guys know how I feel about my XM... Glad we agree yard/garage beater duty just makes sense!

the recon 1 might be my favorite single blade folder without an opening hole. the ergonomics work great for my hand. just wish the clip had a little more clearance and there was no sharpening notch.

May be getting my hands on an XL version soon.

This knife sharpened up is one fine slicer!
That hollow grind is really nice.
It's came sharp outta the box but, nothing like it is now. Very happy with it.
