Interesting that this uses LC200N steel. The knife isn't considered a "salt" though so I guess the other components are not highly rust resistant like on the Caribbean and Native 5 Salt.

Guess that's one way of looking at it. Personally, I'd be more inclined to think Spyderco would be using the same materials for the hardware on the Autonomy 2 that they use on the Autonomy which, while not not a "Salt Series" knife either, was made specifically for the US Coast Guard.
