And not in the mail yet but hopefully soon, my custom slipjoint from K'roo. I already have my "Chunky Drunk", (my idea, his design) that he snuck in ahead because he was excited about it! If you need a caplifter/prytool this is one awesome piece! I wanted something without a blade as I've already got that covered
Back to the Brous Bionic XL, I have the 2.0 and kept talking myself out of the XL but income tax refund was almost exactly the right amount so I couldn't help myself. Plus the discount code emailed to me worked on top of the clearance price so it was meant to be, right!?!
First thing I'll do when it arrives is add a full choil/proper sharpening notch. (I don't agree with everything ApostleP says but he's right about this if you've seen the vids). I had already done it to my 2.0 before seeing his vid mind you.
If you're wielding the sharpest tool in the shed, who's going to say that you aren't...?

Hey Dan, how are you liking that 0460? I'm really thinking about getting one now, it is such a beautiful blade. How thick is the blade stock, is it thin on the edge? Does it flip very well being such a light knife? Thanks, Josh.

I've had a chance to carry it a bit now and really like it, super lite weight and rides great in pocket, hardly even tell its there. It only weighs 2.38oz on my scale. Blade stock is 3mm and .08 behind the edge. Flips great, fires right out, 100% light switch though, no push button. I'm actually considering a couple more 2017 ZT's, maybe the 0850 or 0920.

Thanks Dan, that's all I need to know! Thanks for the pictures too! I'm going to try to pick one up soon, probably next month. It really is a nice knife. I wonder if Spyderco can get there hands on any of that new colored carbon fiber...

I've been really enjoying my new Hinderer Maximus since I got it. It's a double edged flipping dagger. Very well made and a nice looking knife. When Spyderco produced the Euroedge this is more what I was hoping for. A symmetrical design that was nice and slim.
