So far we've introduced 3 Main pieces for a total MSRP of $674.39. In 2006 we introduced a total of 10 Main pieces for $1429.50 If I had to guess, and I am, I would say about $800 at MSRP. So about 30% less than that so say roughly $600. But that is strictly a guess. The Micro Dyad will be about $7...

I posed alot of these same questions to Ruth Durant of Spyderco (she handles the Collectors Club). Here is her response: Regarding the quantity of knives - this year has been a very unusual year! So far we've introduced 3 Main pieces for a total MSRP of $674.39. The first time in history which I don...

Hey Thatguy, I had your same experience. I ordered three Delicas on three different occasions. All of them were as you speak. They were sharp enough to cut, but wouldn't even slice hair. I sent back or sold all three. I'm no fan of the delica just for this reason. Sure I have a Sharpmaker now, but I...

Automatic Distribution questions (Sal/Kristi).....

Sal/Kristi, Could you guys give us some information on how Spyderco is going to handle the distribution of the Citadel, Samaritan, and any/all automatic variants that may eventually be released? Will these go through the normal Collector's Club numbering process? Will these be Law Enforcement Only? ...

I use Tuf-Glide everyday. I know its probably overkill but I work in an extremely dusty environment. Everyday at the end of work I take a can of compressed air and blow all the dust out of both of my Endura 4's. After this is done I put a drop of Tuf-Glide inside and outside of the pivot area. Then ...

Yep I drool over those pictures a couple of times a week. I can't wait to see my collector number on that piece. I love the texturing on the handles now to figure out the material. Wish we could get some more information on this thing. The post mentions the knife coming in two sizes. The 92mm is pic...

Endura 4, any variety.

$50 for a knife that is a work horse and begs for more.

Spend $20 more and go with the ZDP variant and its icing on the cake.

Its the only :spyder: that I own multiples of.

Sharpening.. need additional info pls.

Well I got my first Sharpmaker 204 last night. I popped in the dvd with the book in my hands and proceeded to watch Sal show me all I needed to know about it's operation. I went and grabbed a kitchen knife (would rather screw up my wife's knife than mine!) from the block and commenced to putting a r...

Thanks for the compliments. My pictures are much better now that I remembered my camera has a "Macro" setting for taking pictures at less than 18 inches from the lens. The most challenging thing I find to taking pictures is finding time when the wife isn't home. She already thinks I'm nuts...

I like it so far, but I've already been bitten by it! The knife, not the spider. Its about the same size as my D-fly, but much much lighter and with smoother more flowing lines. I think it will go into my "inside the pocket without using the clip" rotation once I get a fob made for it.

Spyder with a Spider

Took these shots of my new Co-Pilot that NGK delivered today (I have no idea who collector 90 is). This thing is begging for a fob so I ordered some black paracord! Look closely and you'll see a bonus :spyder: that I didn't even see when taking the pics...... http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/4263/...

Yep the CF Caly III is really nice. It was my second spyderco and the reason I'm now a :spyder: junky. It really is a work of art. I also carry mine in my RFP, but only when I'm not at work. It's just too nice to take out on the dirty sandy jobsites I'm on. The ZDP Endura 4 PE finds its way in my RF...

New Graham Knives had it for something like ten dollars cheaper than my usual online source! Sweet! I just checked the UPS tracking link, and my knives are scheduled for delivery on 6/8/07. Arrrrgh! It's gonna be hard waiting until Friday! Hopefully, they'll somehow get ahead of schedule... -PJ Min...
