Re: Pink for Breast Cancer

It makes no longer any sense for me to make suggestions to this stupid corporation so I will stop. I hope, I really, really, really do hope, that this means you are going to go on with your life, and move along. Nothing to see here, just an old and boring,non-innovative company, boring and old fash...

Re: How to improve the Manix 2

What is this misconception of Swedes not allowed to own handguns? And for your information I own a Kimber Stainless Gold Match II and a Colt New Agent and that's just my 45's. Did I say anything about swedes not being able to own handguns? No I didn't. I'm calling your bullshit, thats all. Airsoft ...

Re: Photography

As a newbie learning-stage picshooter myself, do not go the route I did, don't buy any lenses before learning to use the exposure, ISO and aperture with the kit lens first. And maybe get photoshop or similar to learn to edit the pics. And great pics all btw.. I like the landscape ones, and the ladie...

Re: The blade length of the Paramilitary 2 could be increased

Mikael, aren't you Swedish? How are the knife and gun laws over there? Yes I am. If you have use of a knife in your work then you are allowed to carry one but a big bowie knife would not be allowed in densely populated areas but otherwise no hassle over blade lengths. As for gun laws.. for hunting ...

Re: Ignore feature?

I just view it as a chance to brush up on my poke-fun-at-you-gif depth of knowledge. If you find or make a gif saying "troll begone, or don't feed the troll", and we'll post that to every comment that certain di**weed is posting, maybe that'll do it? Some newer members or those that don't...

Re: Ignore feature?

This is still going on?? wth.... The question is, WHY oh why the mods or admins don't ban this ****at allready? For what I remember, at least one dude was banned earlier, no, make that two. One was some "steel expert" from russia or something, and other was just annoyance otherwise. oh, an...

Once again, "experience" is talking I see.. let's be honest, you have never ever even held a 45 ACP if you live in Sweden, or carried one.

Yojimbo 2 best edge angle?

SSsoooo. Today the mailman delivered my Yo2. I'm excited to say the least. It seems to be (?) the coarse version, compared to my other G10 Spydies. What do do? Stash it into my safe? Get another? Nope. To prevent myself from burying it into the safe and to not use it at all, I made a bold decision, ...

11" Bowie, eh? That would be a fun project. :D My brother-in-law has been hounding me for a full-sized Bowie for a while now. I'd love to do one some day. Seems like Doc Snubnose has an affinity for EDC'ing full-size Bowies too, so maybe I can pick his brain for some ideas... Your brother-in-l...

Re: Quintessential Small Spydie?

Welcome to the addiction, now go and hide your wallet. IF you can keep it to 5 knives, very good. If not, and IF you are going to carry and use them as well as collect, you need a Dragonfly, Delica and Endura. Manix, Paramillie and Millie are "the norm" too. Also, you need to check out Spy...

Steel choice is yours, but stag handle all the way! Or maybe a 11" Reinhold Bowie? That would be awesome too :)

Re: Rhino

And to get back on topic, you say you send the blades out to be heat treated. Are you going to do that yourself sometime in the future? For what I understand, the kiln and other stuff is pretty costly unless DIY, but that must be another intriguing part of the knife making passion, like forging. SSo...

Re: Rhino

The last few years that I hunted, I generally put my bow aside and just took pleasure in taking pictures of the deer and other wildlife. Talk about a cathartic experience. :D :D Funny but true, I bought a Nikon D3200 about a year ago, and been "shooting" with it alot.. but I'm still on th...
