Re: Spyderco 2019 Lists: Delivered & Upcoming
The para 3 is my least favorite iteration of the mili series. So much knife, so little blade. What all the fuss about these. I own the cruwear sprint and it is indeed an awesome knife. But then you pair it next to a kapara or even a chaparral and it just doesn’t make any sense. So much chunkiness an...

Re: LC200N Ikuchi Salt - The folding steak knife I have been dreaming of!
I would definitely pick one up, but while you wait, why not use your S30v Ikuchi for the same purpose?? I cut up my 3 year old daughters lunches with it everyday since It arrived, and sometimes wait hours to even rinse it at all. Yesterday I opened it up and it was still gummy from pear and tomato j...

The Chapel is still in use, and holds mass, but is primarily used for wedding ceremonies. This is Adriatic Village at St Pauls's Square in Mckinney, Texas. We moved here last November.

Here is a comparison pic with a few others. My mule was strapped to my bag so I forgot to add it in there.

Re: The Waterway Will Be Mine...
My Waterway finally put in some work over the weekend. I kept the electric filet knife inside for these just so I could see how it handled. I couldn't be happier. I know this knife wasn't designed to be a dedicated filet knife but it works great if you need it for that purpose. https://farm8.staticf...

Re: The Waterway Will Be Mine...
Just received mine. I cant find a single thing I do not like about this knife. It is the reason I am ducking out early from work today to go hit the lake. Hopefully it will clean some crappie before the day is done. Wonderfully well though out design Lance. I will post pics of some action shots if I...

Re: The Waterway Will Be Mine...
Mine should be here some time today. This has been my single most anticipated knife in quite some time. With the amount of time I have been spending on the water fishing, this could not come at a better time.

So do I . I was also thinking of picking a SE version of that knife up. I have the PE leaf. A Sheepsfoot SE would compliment it perfectly.Sjucaveman wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 2:34 amI also picked up a serrated Caribbean to go with my plain edge. I really like the ergos of that knife.

If you are looking for a folder, then the stretch is the way to go. Fixed blades are what I Prefer for that task and I would recommend either the sprig or the southfork.

Or we could just not worry about it to much and leave it as is. It isn’t hurting anybody and any of us that have been here for a while have been subscribed to this thread for a long time. Re-naming would muddy things up. Happy new year from Texas Y’all

Re: Spydiechef vs Kapara
I own both and that’s a very hard decision to make my friend. What it boils down to for me is “what type of food prep”? In a friends kitchen or outside bbq. The chef hands down. Now if you are at a restaurant with your better half or a toddler that needs something cut (fruit, steak, veggies) at a tabl...

I love mine when I decide to carry a fixed blade. For its size it carries really well. Its very slim. The G clip has excellent retention either clipped to the belt or IWB. I definitely recommend it. https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5638/30972947556_18a6af9419_k.jpg Untitled by Todd Crawford , on Flickr

Re: Emotional State based on Spyderco Availability?
Nope. Just nope. I have well over 50 spydies right now and honestly couldn’t care less when I miss out anymore. So much going on in the world right now that worrying about “ the latest steel” is as Vivi said “laughable”. I have amazing spydercos and enough to outlast my children’s children. Sports a...

Re: So I ordered a regular stock Junction, and what did I get?
My pre ordered Caly 3 hap 40 had a CC number on it as well. I called and they said that happens from time to time and would replace it for me if desired. I kept it.
