Can anybody tell me if the screw that holds the pocket clip on the Para 3 LW will seat properly with the clip removed?
Thanks.

Re: Any Double Bladed Desires?
I wonder if Spyderco ever considered making a linerless, dual-bladed slipjoint folder. Similar to a UKPK. That might be good for places where lock blade knives are restricted, and allows the carrier to have the equivalent of two knives (PE & SE) on them at all times. Maybe each blade could be 2...

Re: Is there a BYRD in your pocket??
I saw the Gray Robin 2 on the 2024 Discontinued Knives list so I thought I better grab one. Glad I did. I was a bit apprehensive about the latest bi-directional handle design because my other FRN Robins are all the older versions. When I got this one in my hands, I asked myself what the heck I was t...

Re: Talk me into a Robin 2 Titanium
I ended up getting one. You all knew that was going to happen didn't you? :D Anyway, it arrived today and I like it. Each version has its advantages and I can see that this Titanium version is going to take some getting used to. I knew it wouldn't have the slip-free grip of the FRN and G10 models bu...

Talk me into a Robin 2 Titanium
I just checked my posting history and it's been over 2 1/2 years since I posted on this forum. My goodness. Where does the time go? Anyway, I've owned 5 Byrd Robins for 8 or 10 years and I've been enjoying them very much. Really a great knife. I have 3 FRN, 1 G10, and 1 stainless steel. All of mine ...

Re: anyone edc a retractable pen?
I absolutely won't carry a pen that isn't retractable. Not a chance, I don't care how nice it is, you could give me a solid platinum Hinderer pen and I'd just sell it. Two handed pens are right there with two handed knives and just have no place in my life lol. That said, I've carried a Boker Cal ....

I like the looks of the Chubby but I'm so happy with my Techno that I don't even want anything else.

Re: Can the Techno be disassembled for cleaning?
I took My Techno apart this morning. Cleaned and lubed it and put it back together. It didn't really need it but I couldn't resist the urge. As some of you mentioned, it was a very simple process. Honestly, I don't know how it could have been any easier. The process did give me a better understandin...

Re: Can the Techno be disassembled for cleaning?
Thanks for the advice folks. I'm pretty sure I can handle the task. Then again, I once thought I would never get fat. :) My Techno is pretty much brand new so I won't be taking it apart anytime soon. I'll have some time to decide whether or not to take the risk. I removed the pocket clip and I carry...

Re: Can the Techno be disassembled for cleaning?
Thanks. That's pretty much what I was thinking too. I guess I'm concerned about getting it put back together properly.
Thanks for the pic, Studey! Looks pretty straightforward.

Can the Techno be disassembled for cleaning?
I recently received a NIB Techno. Great knife! I'm absolutely thrilled with this little brute.
The knife is fine with no issues but I'm wondering, for future reference, if it can be disassembled for cleaning and lubing.
Thanks.

Thanks for the information! I'll probably pick up a buffer from HF, but where did everyone purchase their paper wheels/compounds? I got mine from Grizzly. The buffer in my pics above was purchased from HF. Total cost with shipping for both products was $98 and some change. Edit: Looks like Tony bea...
